Condition And Guarantees
Purchased home must be principal residence* No mortgage fees and no stamp fees on loans for homes valued at USD 120,000 or less* Possibility of financing apartment under construction with selected promoters/developers* Construction period or grace period should not exceed 2 years.* The purpose of the loan is to finance finished apartment only in Lebanon or construct own house*
