Successful applicants receive financing of up to:
75% for finished homes 60% for homes in which the buyer is already a tenant 50% of project costs (land plus construction) for building a home 100% of renovation costs (not exceeding 50% of the home’s value after renovation)

1. Paystub or other proof of salary issued within past 30 days 2. Statement of account for the past 12 months showing salary domiciliation at Byblos Bank, or copies of last 12 salary slips if salary is not domiciled
For Self Employed
1. Declaration of income for the past 2 years as per Byblos Bank specimen (*) 2. Declaration of income taxes for the past 2 years 3. Statement of income for the past 12 months (**) 4. Financial statements of the company for the past 2 years (*) 5. Copy of company’s circular, copy of commercial registration certificate, and copy of company’s bylaws (if any) 6. Extract of commercial register 7. Documents proving place of work (copy of lease or investment contract, etc.)
Property Documents For finished homes: 1. Copy of seller’s ID 2. Copy of sale contract or sale agreement with down-payment receipt(s) 3. Copy of authenticated allotment plan 4. Copy of the title deed of the section to be purchased with the loan 5. Real estate certificate of the section to be purchased with the loan and for the common sections (issued within past 30 days) 6. Zoning and planning certificate (if notes exist on the real estate certificate) 7. Copy of habitation permit authenticated by legal authorities (or construction certificate if constructed before 1971) 8. For apartments, copy of rules of co-property authenticated by a notary public For renovating a home: 1. Copy of authenticated allotment plan 2. Copy of the title deed of the section to be purchased with the loan 3. Real estate certificate of the section to be purchased with the loan and for the common sections (issued within past 30 days) 4. Zoning and planning certificate (if notes exist on the real estate certificate) 5. Copy of habitation permit authenticated by legal authorities (or construction certificate if constructed before 1971) 6. For apartments, copy of rules of co-property authenticated by a notary public 7. Copy of contractor’s ID 8. Municipal renovation permit defining renovation works For constructing a home: 1. Copy of the contractor’s ID or company’s circular in case of a contracting company 2. Copy of the title deed for the plot to be purchased with the loan 3. Real estate certificate of the plot to be purchased with the loan (issued within past 30 days) 4. Copy of construction permit (authenticated) 5. Copy of construction plans authenticated by project engineer 6. Zoning and planning certificate (if notes exist on the real estate certificate) 7.
