Keep all your personal details up to date – including all contact details such as your mobile phone number, your email address and your home address.
Never forget to inform the Bank immediately if any of your contact details change.
Always check the SMS notifications sent from Byblos Bank.
Never reply to SMS messages from Byblos Bank with personal details, including your address, date of birth, PIN number, OTP or other bank account details. Byblos Bank will never ask for these details in an SMS.
It is very good practice to check your monthly bank statements. If you see any inaccuracies at all, you should immediately contact the Bank.
Never worry about asking questions, never forget to look at your statement every month.
If you receive emails that appear to be from Byblos Bank in your Junk Mail, leave them there.
Do not reply to any email that appears to be from Byblos Bank. Never click on an email or a link in an email if you have even the smallest concerns about its safety or authenticity.

Never share passwords with anybody, not even your closest friends or family. Never include passwords or pin numbers in emails, WhatsApp, SMS messages or social media – even if they are secure platforms.
Make sure you are accessing a secure website when entering your credentials and credit card number for online purchases. Byblos Bank debit and credit cards have 3D secure technology built-in, making online shopping extremely safe. Each time you make an online purchase from a secure website, you will receive an OTP on your mobile.
If your laptop, tablet or smartphone warns you that a website does not have a recognized security certificate, do not open it.
