Byblos Bank Shareholders approved the Bank’s capital increase

Byblos Bank Headquarters, Ashrafieh, February 21, 2020 – Confirming their commitment to the Bank and towards the Lebanese economy, Byblos Bank shareholders approved, during the Extraordinary General Assembly meeting held this afternoon at the Bank’s Headquarters in Ashrafieh, the cash contribution to capital convertible into shares up to an amount of /USD 135,000,000/ (One hundred and thirty-five million US dollars).

 

The implementation of these decisions is subject to the approval of “Banque du Liban” as per the applicable laws.
