Byblos Bank Announces Continuity Of Services During Official Lockdown

Byblos Bank Headquarters, Beirut, 17 March 2020:

Byblos Bank continues to cater to the urgent needs of clients during the official lockdown that will end on 29 March 2020. This comes in line with the Council of Ministers’ COVID-19 Health Emergency measures and ABL’s recommendation to limit gatherings in order to protect both customers and employees during this pandemic.

 

For individuals

  • Branch ATMs will be periodically replenished to service customers’ usual cash withdrawals and deposits, as well as check deposits.
  • Inter-account same-currency transfers and card/bill payments will be available through ATMs and Mobile Banking.
  • Salaries will be processed in their regular time.

 

For companies

  • Corporate Internet Banking and ATMs are at the service of companies for regular transactions.
  • Companies can call their Relationship Manager to arrange for an appointment to execute urgent banking operations related to food security, medicines and medical equipment at the following branches, between 8:30 am and 12:30 pm from Monday to Friday:

Beirut: Ashrafieh Sassine, Ghobeiri, Hamra, Verdun
Mount Lebanon: Dora, Antelias, Jounieh, Jbeil Voie 13
South Lebanon: Saida
North Lebanon: Tripoli Tall, Chekka
Bekaa: Zahle Hawch El Oumara
